Our Client, Kenya Network Information Centre is looking for senior competent results driven Individuals to flll the following vacant positions.
Chief Executive Officer - JOB REF: EHC/I129/I8

Overall Responsibility:
Reporting to Board of Directors, the primary role of the KeNlC CEO is to drive sales of the .ke domain, and influence change in relevant government policies and laws.

Duties and Responsibilities:

•  Responsible for the day to day management of KeNlC and report directly to the board on the same. '
  
•  Technical responsibility of managing vendors to maintain the system availability of KeNlC servers
  
•  Represent KeN|C's interests in internet and governance conferences and cascade the outcomes of such forums to KeNlC’s management team and affiliated members
  
•  To lead the management team and work closely with the various managers to ensure efficient and effective operations of KeNlC
  

Minimum Qualifications:

•  BA/BS1: degree or equivalent practical experience.
  
•  Seasoned sales and marketing experience with quantitative and analytical skills
  
•  Experience with SLA and technical capacity management
  
•  Experience in internet governance and working on policies related to driving internet growth
  
•  Solid understanding of the SSA mobile industry and Android's position in it as well as understanding of Google products such as Search and YouTube
