Qualifications
• Diploma in Hotel Management.
• Ability to prepare and deliver food according to the nutritional needs of patients/clients; maintaining high standards of quality, sanitation and safety of food and the kitchen.
• Two years’ experience in a private hospital setting.
• Diligent, honest and responsible person with self-discipline and ability to work under no supervision
