Chapter Lead
Thrive with Mentoring (TwM) is a non-profit organisation that catalyses mentoring relationships from businesswomen for businesswomen around the globe – from fully virtual to in-person in a given city, from industry-agnostic to tailored to entrepreneurs – TwM is the place to go to if you are a woman and want a safe space to be mentored by another woman.
Whether we run in-person mentoring cohorts in a city or fully virtual cohorts across wider geographies, the make or break of our success is the Leaders of the cohorts. What we are looking for are successful and well-connected women with a good network, communities of women that you can reach out to and mobilize to spread the news about our mentoring programs and specifically the cohort that you will be leading.
We are looking for professional women who want to pay forward to other women by volunteering to lead the 2nd cohort of Thrive in the Swiss Romandie region - with a cohort launch in Nairobi by Q1 2022.
You will be joining a small team of Cohort Leaders (3-4 women) – curating your cohort, the relevant meetings and events, reaching out to mentors and mentees to hear how they are doing, etc. There is no limit to what you can do but an agreed minimum that is prescribed to maintain our quality standard.
You will be our brand ambassador in leading and expanding our community in your city. You will not be alone in this – our back-office team will support you with logistics for you – invitations, social media campaigns, collateral – these are all provided for you.
