JOB DETAILS:

Basic job summary:
To be responsible for ensuring that the cafeteria sitting area and storage areas are maintained in a clean and hygienic way throughout the day.

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Clean tables in the cafeteria and clean any spillage to ensure the cafeteria is clean and orderly throughout the day
• Understand guest service needs
• Replenish water provided for the customers
• Clean and arrange trays used by the customers
• Clean and re-fill the fridges used for storing yoghurts, soda and Juices
• Maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner that is pleasant
• Perform additional duties as requested by the chef
• Adapt to meet priority changes of work flow or requirement

Minimum Academic Qualifications:
• Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education

Experience:
• At least 2 years in banqueting services in a dynamic environment
