Cash & Bank Administrator

Job Description
Cash
• Prepares payments for suppliers’ invoices and requesting disbursements-.
• Prepares Statutory Payments and dispatching proof of remittances for
• NITA, NSSF, HELB, Pensions and Sacco contributions-
• Manage Office Petty Cash for the company.
• Manage Site Advances for Company projects
• Prepares monthly voyagers for and sends to Head office
• Monthly Petty cash reconciliation with accounting

Assets
• Assets Follow-up: Inventory, Out and In.
• Time sheet
• Monthly Time sheets:
• Summary of all company's staff time sheets.

Legal
• Follow-up Legal Company documentation and update.

Minimum level of education required
• 4-Bachelor of Arts / Bachelor of Science
Minimum level of experience required
• 2-5 years


Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 24

Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
