Recours Four Kenya Consultants Limited is an award winning and certified woman – owned fully registered limited liability company in Kenya and a full spectrum professional HR Consulting services firm that has been assisting Public-Sector Organizations, Government, non-profit and for-profit organizations in Kenya and beyond.
We have an organized team of consultants who have extensive experience in recruitment, training, psychometric testing and general HR with a combined professional staff experience of over 30 years in Human Resource Management.

Summary
We’re looking for someone who has can-do, professional attitude with excellent admin skills. You will be:
• Great at managing your time, prioritising tasks, and making sure tasks are completed accurately.
• A dedicated team player with the ability to work on your own initiative.
• Able to adapt quickly to changes to better benefit the team.
• Motivated to get stuff done!

Job Duties
• Project management of critical paths to ensure timely execution.
• Work across different business functions to ensure coordination, for example, Supply chain, QC and Sales & Marketing.
• Update and maintain relevant product files and databases. Chase suppliers across the world for a variety of product information
• Managing samples to make sure we have visuals on time, and we keep a record of existing and historical ranges.
• Demonstrating commercial awareness and understanding of our range and competitors.
• Managing the Buying inbox – responsible to queries and escalating where necessary.
• Contributing to department product development with an awareness of department best and worst and seasonal trends. Carrying out competitor shopping and analysis creating packs to contribute to ranging decisions.

Qualifications
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Ability to communicate across different areas of the business
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office tools.
• Interested in Product
• Ability to prioritise
• Well organised
• Attention to detail
• Excellent time management
• Experience in a Business to customer (B2C) online environment
• 2+ years office experience
• Degree educated
