Job summary
Oversee overall operations, recruiting staff, creating budgets, develop new business and ensure profitability Suitable candidate should have a trace record in managing a business, developing and implementing business strategy at a managerial level, and innovating new business ideas He/she should have strong business acumen.

Requirements
• A degree or its equivalent. A master s degree is an added advantage.
• 4+ years’ experience in a senior role as a business lead or product development manager
• Proven track record on improving profitability of a product line or unit
• Good negotiation skills and ability to maintain relations at all levels
• Fluent in both written and spoken Portuguese. Knowledge of French will be considered

Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
