Description
• He / She will be the lead technical specialist in supporting the identified Regional Flagship TVET Institutes (RFTIs) to practically develop business plans. He / She should have:-
Qualification
• Minimum of a Master’s degree in Business Administration or a relevant discipline
• At least 5 years of experience of guiding organisations in the development of business plans.
• A good analytical understanding of the processes of business plan development and tools thereof.
• Exposure in International Business Plan development
• Demonstrated knowledge of policies such as public private partnerships among others that enhance business acceleration.
• Demonstrated experience of guiding a business turnaround.
• Demonstrated knowledge of review and analysis of all aspects of business operations with a view to enhancing business growth, profitability and sustainability.

Experience in Months: 60
Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
