Your responsibilities:
• Actively pursue strategic communication and operational objectives.
• Manage customer records like master data management
• Manage customer product logistics.
• Process certification, export & environmental topics to maintain compliancy.
• Manage customer complaints & claims, returns & invoice Corrections.
• Electronic data interchange connections & Regional IT enablement.
• Manage after sales services and queries for example warranty/repair in Bosch Service Centers (After-sales repairs).
• To manage sale governance and controls.
• To ensure audit conformity & controls.

Qualifications
Your competencies and qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in operations management, business administration or related field.

Experience:
• 1-2 years relevant work experience in a fast-paced working environment.
• Experience engaging with relevant stakeholders at different levels.

Characteristics and skills:
