Adevia Health is a boutique healthcare recruitment company based in central London, with subsidiaries in other parts of the world. Our service includes sponsorship, guidance through licensure, the USCIS, NVC and importantly, the critical NCLEX exam.
We are seeking to recruit a competent, capable, ambitious, dynamic, and self-motivated individual who demonstrates the appropriate expertise and experience that contributes to the success of Adevia Africa.
Applications are invited for suitably qualified candidates to fill the position of Licensure Assistant.
Job Summary; The position holder will bridge the gap between IT and the business using data analytics to assess processes, determine requirements and deliver data-driven recommendations and reports to the management.
Roles and Responsibilities
• Collaborating with team members for the purpose of gathering data and executing the company's mission.
• Help in google drive and Hubspot data management for our clients.
• Program tools and data models to help visualize or monitor data.
• Handle Financial data projections.
• Create data visualizations in graphs, charts e.t.c
• Organizing and putting records together, and presenting reports to the management for decision making.
• Make recommendations to improve or grow the business based on findings.
Education and Experience;
• A bachelor's Degree in Mathematics/Information Systems/Computer Science or related field.
• A minimum of three years of proven working experience in a similar position.
Desirable Skills and Abilities;
• Knowledge of data tools I.e Power BI, SQL, Excel, R, Python e.t.c.
• Strong database management skills.
• Technical and analytical skills.
• Financial and business knowledge.
• Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
• Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to uphold high levels of integrity and confidentiality.
• Ability to work very well under pressure without supervision, efficiently meet deadlines.
