JOB DETAILS:
Business Development Specialist
Key duties and responsibilities:
• New Sales & Account Opportunities Generation
• Identify target potential customers, contact them and build relationships with them
• Introduce our products and services tthose clients
• Identify areas where we can assist clients and put forward solutions for them
• Engage with our technical presales team tput forward suitable solutions for clients
• Deliver on agreed sales targets
• Account Management
• Meet with and stay in contact with existing clients
• Discuss their requirements and address their pain points on their behalf
• Introduce our new products and services
• Promote new solutions and upgrade sales texisting clients
• Engage with all levels of the client business including influencers and decision makers at our clients
• Engage with our technical presales team tput forward suitable solutions for clients
Proposal Writing
• Write up discussions with clients
• Prepare client proposals with input from presales tensure they meet the clients needs
• Provide costings as required tclients and refer tmanagement when necessary when additional discounts and authorizations needed toffer improved pricing tclients
• At all times present a professional proposal that matches the professionalism of the organization.
Technical Knowledge
• Learn the minimum technical requirements of our solutions tbe able tengage with our clients on a basic but acceptable technical level regarding our solutions
Reporting
• Report tmanagement daily on revenues for the day
• Report on any issues that may have arisen including resolutions of those issues
• Report any other information that is of importance tthe business.
Other Functions
• Tcarry out any additional tasks as requested by Management from time ttime.
Skills and Qualifications:
• formal degree necessary
• Ability tshow the following skills:
• Sales selling and closing skills
• Consistent Attention tdetail
• Efficiency with handling requests and tracking requests
• Good people management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are critical.
• Self Starter with the ability tmanage their own time and their own diary.
• At least 3 years sales experience required
• Good industry contacts alshelpful.

Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
