JOB DETAILS:
JOB PURPOSE
Responsible for developing, implementing and executing strategic marketing plans for the hospital in order to attract potential clients and retain existing ones.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
• Formulate brand plan and propose various Marketing strategies in accordance with corporate policy for the hospital brand.
• Participate in marketing department policy formulation and development
• Plan various activities as per the Marketing Strategic plans.
• Understanding and developing budgets, including expenditures, research and development appropriations, return-on-investment and profit-loss projections.
• Researching demand for the hospitals products and services
• Lead the core areas of the marketing department, including digital marketing, web-based content, offline and online media marketing, social media marketing and direct marketing.
• Developing and maintaining the corporate brand identity in consultation with senior managers, executives, and partners.
• Stakeholder management and building long term relationships.
• Collaborating with senior team members across all departments to uncover insights and create innovative marketing and branding strategies.
• Identify ways to grow the marketing department and secure resources.
• Maintaining effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant hospital functions are kept informed of marketing objectives.
• Overseeing the CSR functions of the hospital.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS/ QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s Degree in marketing/ Business Administration
• 3 Years’ experience in a Marketing role
• Experience with creating a marketing campaign, marketing strategy, and marketing plan.
• Experience with online marketing, including social media, and content marketing.
• Experience in healthcare within Mombasa region will be an added advantage
