Business Development Manager

We are hiring a Business Development Manager to join our team.
Reports to: Business Director
Industry: BPO / IT

10. Desired Candidate Profile:
11. Proven working experience as a successful Business Development Manager, sales executive or a relevant role. Minimum 3 years of similar role experience
12. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
13. Kenya BPO | ICT Market knowledge
14. Proven experience in Bid, RFP response submission, experienced in planning, producing, and delivering compliant proposals. Maintain Document template management in line with company branding.
15. Strong verbal and written English language skills.
16. Strong negotiation skills
17. Proven sales track record
18. Sales Strategize planning skills
19. Minimum Bachelors degree in business sales & Marketing or relevant field
