JOB DETAILS:
The main purpose for the job is to build business by identifying and selling prospect and maintaining relationships with clients. Attracting of new clients by employing effective marketing strategies and strategically positioning the company’s products in the market. .
Job Responsibilities:
• Using an existing network of industry contacts to generate new business
• Selling products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects and recommending solutions.
• Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
• Identifies product/process improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
• Prepares reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information.
• Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
• Do a follow up on clients forwarded to the recruiters to ensure they are well handled and assisted within agreed time.
• Lead solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary personnel

Job Qualifications:
• Self-driven and good communication skills.
• Experience in selling in Legal or recruitment agency sector will be an added advantage.
• Strong interpersonal and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• A driven, flexible, hardworking, team player attitude.
• The ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• At least 2 years’ experience in a sales or Business Development position will be an added advantage.
