Business Development Manager

This position reports to the Business Development Director

Responsibilities
This position is for individuals who are outcome—oriented have the ability to effectively lead and influence a wide range of people, at all levels of the organization. They must have a deep personal accountability for great performance, moving effectively and operational detail staying focused on commercial priorities and critical agenda

Requirements

• Degree level with strong commercial acumen
• high energy and drive and with a proven track record of attracting, hiring, growing and retaining top sales talent
• 4 years of team management experience, including direct people management, performance management and coaching
• Leverages analytical tools with commercial and financial knowledge to drive decisions.
