JOB DETAILS:
Business Analyst

A Business Analyst will be an agent of change by incorporating their analytical skills and leveraging on data analytics to assess processes and their inputs/outputs and providing inputs that improve reporting and decision making. This role will report into the Finance Manager.

Duties and responsibilities:
The daily Functions of this role include, and are not limited to;

Quality control:
• Accurate data gathering from both Online and Offline Data sheets and ensuring the same are accurately captured before absorption to the finance system.
• Develop and monitor data quality metrics and ensure business data and reporting needs are met.

Reporting:
• Creatively analyze data (e. g Sales report/Customer Data) to generate insights that support business decisions and identify new opportunities.
• Develop and monitor data quality metrics and ensure business data and reporting needs are met.
• Develop and implement machine learning models and business intelligence tools (Google sheets, Excel, Power BI, Tableau)
• Daily Update of sales and Sales report, CS Report and Unapplied Payments report
• Monthly Production of the Renewal Report
• Create comprehensive, easy-to-understand reports and dashboards to visualize trends and help the company make data-driven decisions.

Product Development
• Products Review in the systems for assurance on Accuracy in set up
• Daily/Weekly Reviews of Master dashboards to ensure accuracy on products set ups and provide proposals on Improvement
• Assist in Various Data Projects are may be needed.

Qualifications:
• A degree or Similar Qualification in Statistics, Mathematics or Data Analysis.
• Experience working with any Data Analysis tools (Excel, Google sheets. R, python, Tableau) will be an added advantage
