About the Role
Advanta is seeking a well-rounded and skilled Business Analyst who will be responsible for the implementation and support of business analytics across the Africa & Middle East region.This is an exceptional individual with a proven track record of delivering results and is comfortable working collaboratively across a diverse team and is adaptable to a very dynamic and fast paced environment.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Providing analytical support to the region through market surveys, analysis of data and presenting the same in required formats.
• Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
• Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
• Working on Long Range Plans in liaison with key stakeholders across the organization
• Providing pricing analysis in coordination with the Commercial team and the finance function
• Help in the preparations of budgets in coordination with Finance Lead and functional Leads
• Working closely with the commercial team to collate market information, analyse market trends and present these in agreed upon formats
• Sales tracking against sales plan and presenting these to the team in agreed format and frequency
• Prepare Presentations for recurring organization meetings eg monthly S&OP and other ad hoc meetings
• Put together agenda, minutes and action plans for all meetings and ensuring follow up of
• actions arising from such meetings
• Provide support to various other reporting requirements as required by A&ME/Global office
• Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing insightful reports.
• Managing projects, developing project plans, and helping in monitoring performance.
• Create structure and uniformity on data and templates.
• Updating, implementing and maintaining procedures.
• Any other responsibilities as per the business requirements of the A&ME region

Qualifications & Experience
• A bachelor’s degree in business or related field or an MBA.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
• Project management skills and the ability to multi-task to deliver deadlines
• Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
• Excellent documentation/cataloguing skills.
• Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
• Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and with others
• Ability work with new tools and systems
• Working knowledge of SAP
