Job Description Summary

As a Business Analyst, You will be reporting to the Country Business Leader and be the commercial business partners to the Business Leaders. Providing Insight and commercial Excellence. Supporting with Sales analysis, reporting, Forecasting, budgets, ASR, Market data analysis, Pricing & Ad Hoc projects

Other Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop and maintain business intelligence solutions. Providing clear, concise reports (on various platforms- excel/PowerPoint etc.) from various sets of data, to offer insight required as input into critical business decisions.
• Provide detailed pricing analysis and data insight to assist pricing strategies across the region
• Have the ability to present data to various partners in the business (sales manager, marketing manager etc.)
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and BD core values
• Review and build analysis on pricing changes on products among the various product groups for review of commercial team. Assist in crafting new pricing for new products for all customer groups
• Review configuration pricing with commercial managers on an ongoing basis
• Develop critical metrics and build reports and analysis to support the Marketing and Commercial organization

About You :-
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, CIMA, Accounting, Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, Engineering, Commerce or another analytical field
• Experience & knowledge of data and analytics utilizing market business intelligence
• Experience with revenue forecasting, through seasonal modeling, linear regression, macro drivers, and/or sales funnels
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Ability to demonstrate teamwork and collaboration skills, including significant interpersonal and emotional intelligence skills
• Project management skills
