JOB DETAILS:
BRANCH MANAGERS
We are looking for young dynamic, creative and results-oriented Branch Managers to join our team as good players.

Main duties:

• Directing and coordinating all operational aspects including service channel operations, customer service, human resources, administration, marketing and sales
  
• Developing and managing branch performance forecasts, financial objectives and business plans in line with the SACCO's Strategic Objectives

Meet performance goals and metrics

• Bring out the best of branch’s personnel by providing training, coaching, personal development and motivation

Qualifications:

• First degree preferably in a business or finance related field
  
• KCSE mean grade C+ (plus), with a C+ (plus) in both
  
• Mathematics and English
  
• Computer literacy is a must - Age
  
• between 28 and 35 years
