JOB DETAILS:

• Incumbent to design and implement effective marketing strategies to sell insurance products to both existing and new clients.
• Optimize commissions by ensuring insurance products distributed maximize returns
• Credit Control by ensuring premium is collected as per the laid down procedures on all insurance business transacted
• Audit and Compliance to ensure Bancassurance business is conducted as per the prudential guidelines.
• Effectively create new client relationships and partnerships whilst ensuring retention of existing business relationships by ensuring high standards of customer service
• Champion Insurance training in relevant head office departments and branches by working closely with management to sensitize other staff members and customers on insurance products
• Participate in business meetings and offer valuable ideas contributing towards the growth of insurance business
• Manage Claims by ensuring they are handled promptly, effectively and efficiently.
• Prepare reports, analyze and present to top Management and other stakeholders.
• Develop Products and negotiated Binder terms by vetting insurance companies to partner with based on their product strength, market reputation and financial status
• Collect information from clients on their risk profiles in order to offer them proper insurance solutions
