Position Description
Main Outputs and Responsibilities for This Position
• Have a clear understanding of the use, maintenance and cleaning procedures of all equipment.
• Take 100% responsibility for the quality of baked items and display
• Follow guidelines always as far as portion sizes, cooking and baking techniques
• Keep products at a sufficient level to ensure smooth service.
• Portion bulk cooked and dry ingredients and store as per Mugg & Bean specifications
• Bake products required for kitchen sections.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation at all times
• Always follow safe food handling practices
• Maintain daily and weekly cleaning schedules
• Receive products for the daily baking activities and sign for the issued stock
• Follow the recipes as per the bakery recipe file
• Perform any reasonable task as requested by management
• Relieve or assist in other sections if and when necessary

Education and Experience
• Diploma/certificate in hospitality and tourism management/food production.
• Minimum of 1-year relevant working experience
