Overview
The role is overall split into these areas with responsibilities under each

• Some of the responsibilities include:
o Work with cross-functional team (Product, Services, Sales) to establish growth strategies to support BuuPass’s revenue goals.
o Create, manage and experiment with new user acquisition campaigns.
o Optimise acquisition channels. Reduce CAC and increase ARPU.
o Conceive and execute a wide range of content campaigns to drive education and engagement.
o Manage all social media platforms (including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube) and drive content creation with the social media manager.
o Strong google analytics and Facebook pixel skills.
o Manage SEO.
o Analyze data to monitor revenue performance and uncover areas for improvement.
o Prepare and present recommendations, reports, and findings from experimental data all the way up to the executive level.
o Create and manage co-marketing campaigns with partners and other bands that align with our user base.

Requirements
• Previous experience in a start-up environment launching and growing new online platforms is ideal
• Solid project management skills: ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional partners, prioritize high impact activities, be data-driven and keep complex projects moving forward.
• Strong growth track record, with samples and results of past campaigns.
• Outstanding written, oral and organizational ability.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, Google Analytics, Photoshop/Canva, SMS and email drip campaigns, Hootsuite (or, other Social Media Management Systems)
• Proficient with Analytics.
• 2+ years experience in SEO, growth marketing.
