We are seeking to fill the position of AA AutoClinic manager. The position holder will pilot and grow AA Kenya service centers business to a profitable entity. The successful candidate will be responsible for directing all operational aspects of the service center including Sales, Inventory management, customer experience, people management, and administration in accordance with the company's objectives by providing training and coaching, supervision, development, and motivating staff.

Minimum job requirements
• For appointment to this position, one must possess;
• Degree or Diploma in Automotive Engineering or its equivalent.
• At least 7 years’ experience preferably in a reputable firm, with 2 years in a leadership role.
• Sales experience in the automotive industry will be added advantage.

Level of Education: Postgraduate Degree
