Job Brief
As an Assistant Credit Manager, you will be responsible forthe entire credit granting process, including the consistent application of a credit policy, periodic credit reviews of existing customers, and the assessment of the creditworthiness of potential customers. with the goal of optimizing the mix of company sales and bad debt losses in compliance with all policies.

Main DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Your key responsibilities will be but not be limited to:

•  Examine all credit demands originating through the sales department and aftersales for credit customers.
  
•  Maintain the corporate credit policy and ensure that this is consistentlyapplied.
  
•  Monitor the credit granting and updating process applied by the department.
  
•  Recommend for approval or reject credit requests, based on credibility and potential revenues and losses.
  
•  Manage customer credit files and monitor periodic credit reviews.
  
•  Investigate the largest customer credit applications prior to recommending approval.
  
•  Personally, visit the largest customers to establish relations.
  
•  Measure department performance with appropriate metrics and properly motivate the credit and collections staff.
  
•  Help Credit Manager in updating the list of credit accounts to reservation and front office on timely basis.
  
• Maintain a department organizational structure sufficient enough to meet all goals and objectives and ensure ongoing training for all credit staff.
  
•  Recommend changes in the credit policy to the Head of Credit.
  

JOB REQUIREMENTS

•  University degree in Accounting /Finance
  
•  CCP
  
•  At least 4 years’ experience in similar position
  
•  Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  
•  Strong research and analytical skills
  
•  Comfortable with Accounting software
  
•  In-depth understanding of the company's current products and future concepts
  
•  Ability to think creatively and innovatively
  
•  Budget—management skills and proficiency
  
•  Professional judgment and discretion that comes from years of experience in the field
  
•  Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges
