Tata Africa Holdings Kenya Ltd is a leading global automobile company of cars, utility vehicles, buses, trucks and defense vehicles, seeks to recruit well qualified and experienced professionals to fill the following positions tenable in our organization.

Assistant Manager, Dealer-Network- Commercial Vehicles. CODE- DM 1

Reporting to the Sales Manager, Successful candidate will be responsible for the following roles

• Achieve set Dealer vehicle sales targets
  
• Coordinate and monitor Dealer-Network activities
  
• Prepare regular sales reports and business activitiesin reference to dealer regions.
  
• Ensure timely payments on all vehicles invoiced to dealers
  
• Develop and train new dealers.
  
• Coordinate and develop dealer sales teams.

Minimum Requirements

• A university degree. MBA or Sales and Marketing Diploma will be added advantage
  
• 5 years relevant experience
  
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
