JOB DETAILS:
Job Description:
• Recruit, train and retain new dealers into the pipeline and drive business growth for both DSTV and GOTV.
• Implement Dealer operating standards by developing a solid distribution downline for each dealer as per the company guideline.
• Recruit train, motivate and retain a high performing direct sales team as per set expectations to deliver on the direct sales objectives for the business.
• Increase product presence by prospecting high traffic stations and setting up of direct sales points to drive optimal productivity and sell out.
• New market opening to grow volume and value targets, manage market storms and MITs.
• Full Portfolio listing for both DSTV and GOTV across retail outlets
• Maintain a stable database for customers
• Achieve set monthly sales volume targets for DSTV, GOTV and Showmax in assigned territory
• Performance management – daily tracking of performance gaps by channel (both direct and indirect) and coming up with recovery actions to grow sell out.
• Uphold and implement high execution standards and adoption of PICOS prescribed for each channel
• Ensure optimal stocking for dealers; manage buffer days based on purchase frequency and sales run rate to prevent stock outs.
• Achieve monthly revenue targets as per plan All products are displayed and priced as per required standard.
• Create solid downline for each dealer while monitoring and driving sell through and sell out for both brands.

• A passion for sales is a must

Requirements:
• Diploma
• 1-2 years Sales & Marketing background in aggressive selling electronics, telco / FMCG environment
• Possess a valid driving license and be a competent driver
