JOB DETAILS:
Norbrook Laboratories Limited is one of the world's leading companies within pharmaceutical Industry with a reputation for achieving results within a competitive market place. The following vacancy has arisen in our Sales and Marketing department in Kenya. The ideal candidate will form part of our Sales and Marketing team responsible for ensuring the farmers, distributors, stockists and Animal Health professionals are served to their satisfaction with a view of delivering on Company strategies. Suitable candidates should have the following skills and attributes: .

Job Responsibilities:
• Implement the Company strategies and ensure set targets are achieved.
• Recruit and maintain farmers on the Norbrook product range. Regular farm visits to help in tackling farmer's management issues and offer solutions.
• Ensure the distributors and stockists are well stocked with the nutritional products as well as all other Norbrook products.
• Conduct regular market survey and report accordingly. Maintain a list of all farmers under Norbrook products with emphasis on Nutritional products.

Job Qualifications:
• A degree in Veterinary Medicine a registered member of Kenya Veterinary Board) and/or a degree in Animal Production.
• A qualification and experience in Sales will be an added advantage
• Technical knowledge and experience in Animal Nutrition and/or related business
• Positive attitude is a big winner.
• Resilient, hard worker with commitment to accomplishing allocated tasks and grow the business
• A strong network builder with ability to seek and get new opportunities for growth and
• development with farmers, distributors, stockists, professionals and Norbrook team.
