Areas of Operations : Nairobi, Nakuru, Mombasa, Kisumu, Kakamega and Turkana
• In view of this we seek to engage dedicated Coaches for the CBDP program, you will be dedicated to supporting Kenyan creatives in business development. You will work with cohorts totaling 500 individuals, providing them with the knowledge, skills, and guidance necessary to transform their creative ideas into successful businesses. You must either be a resident of the above-stated counties or show proof of work experience in the said counties and demonstrate knowledge of the local entrepreneurial ecosystem and cultural context.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
• Lead training sessions, workshops, and seminars, ensuring they are engaging, interactive, and impactful.
• Apply adult learning theories and best practices to facilitate effective training sessions.
• Use various teaching methods and tools to enhance learning outcomes and participant engagement.
• Implement evaluation tools to assess the effectiveness of the curriculum and training sessions.
• Collect and analyze feedback from participants and trainers to identify areas for improvement.
• Continuously recommend improvements to the curriculum based on feedback, industry trends, and best practices in entrepreneurship education.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to program participants, helping them apply what they learn to their business ideas.
• Foster a supportive and collaborative learning environment, encouraging peer-to-peer learning and networking.
• Address individual participant needs and challenges, offering tailored advice and support.
• Work closely with the program management team to ensure alignment of curriculum with overall program goals and objectives.
• Engage with industry experts, mentors, and partners to enrich the curriculum and provide additional learning opportunities for participants.
• Represent the program at events and forums, showcasing the curriculum and its impact on creative entrepreneurship.

Required Specifications
• Experience in Business training and coaching
• Demonstrable expertise and experience in any of the following subject matters: Business Strategy, Legal, Tax, Financial Management, People and Processes, and Marketing/Communication. Please indicate the area of your expertise on your CV.
• Has been directly involved in working with organizations or projects in the creative sector.
• Falls under any of these categories: Youth, women, persons with disabilities, refugees or any other disadvantaged groups
• Bachelor’s degree in business, entrepreneurship, or a related field
• Experience in adult/professional Training and coaching.
• Project management skills, monitoring & evaluation experience are desirable.
• Experience in team management.
