JOB DETAILS:

Architectural/ Church Construction Project Manager .

  Job Responsibilities:
• Conduct daily supervision of the project at each stage and ensure quality workmanship
• Establish and sustain client relations, participate in assessing and hiring architectural or engineering advisers, collaborate with governmental agencies
• Adapt building codes, design and implement creative concepts of architectural layout and formulate and oversee project range, budgets, schedules and client expectations.
• Observe project performance and coordinate workload through the entire project to complete documents on schedule
• Responsible for issuance of completion certificates to the contractor and initiator of payments
• Organise construction documents and assuming responsibility for finished plans, specifications, and management approval of materials and construction.
• Responsible for project status/progress reporting on a weekly basis to the client
• Participate in mapping out program requirements, schematic drawings and preliminary cost estimates

  Job Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• Over 10yrs practicing experience
• Experience in the management of a Church construction project and preferably ACK Church
• Valid practicing licence as an Architect
• KRA tax compliance certificate
• Certificate of good conduct
