JOB DETAILS:
Application Support Engineer
To provide Software Application Implementation & support services for Innovative Software Technologies customers.
Experience
• 2 years System Implementation activities
• Respond to 1st & 2nd level support tickets raised by clients
• Provide Pre Sale support to Sales resources
• Solution Proposal making and Documentation.
• Preparing and delivering Presentation
