JOB DETAILS:
Our client is a leading emerging and frontier markets investment bank providing access to over 50 markets across the globe with operations in Africa, Central and Eastern Europe, North America, and the Middle East.
The client is looking for a competent and hardworking Analyst (Intern) who will report to the Head of Corporate Finance and directly reports to the IBF Analyst. .

Job Description
• Prepare client presentations, information memorandums and documents for committee approval.
• Analyzing corporate financial information
• Develop financial models and perform valuation analysis
• Research and analyze company financial statements, industry and market data
• Participation in execution of all transactions are required

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA, MA or MS or equivalent with emphasis in financial/ accounting/ statistics/ actuarial science. CFA qualification an added advantage
• Strong computer and math/statistical skills
• Financial modelling in Microsoft Excel including equity valuation
• Understanding of IAS/ IFRS financial accounting
• Interest in finance and financial markets, commercial sense
• Good sense of financial reporting and international accounting practices
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Powerpoint and Word
