JOB DETAILS:
Capex Life Assurance company is looking to hire Agency Development Officers (ADO).
Expectations: Ta expand and grow the company market share through market deepening and inclusion as a multi-line business source.
Target areas: The independent corporate agents’ space, SMEs. SACCOs and individual clients with a stint in brokers.
Qualifications: Minimum COP with 5 years of experience and above in life business.
A Degree or Diploma in insurance is an added advantage.
Competencies: Person with high level of maturity.
Remuneration: Performance based Monthly Retainer and commission from sales.
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 60
Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
