JOB DETAILS:
SoftIQ Technologies Ltd is an ICT Company specializing in enterprise business solutions and automation of various industries. We are a market leader in East Africa delivering cutting edge technology through innovative software solutions. We are currently looking for a results-driven Accountant with the following qualification from a well-recognized institution CPA/ACCA/Finance/Accounting.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
• Accounts
• Active Debt Collection
• Raise Invoices on time and send out Customer Statements
• VAT filing for all companies before the deadline
• Statutory deductions filing for PAYE, NHIF, NSSF
• Withholding Tax filing
• Update the debtors report
• Bank Reconciliation for all Banks
• Record All Petty Cash Postings
• Post All Customer Receipts and Payments within the ERP system
• Admin
• Ensure the Office has Power
• Ensure the Office Lines are charged and have Airtime
• Ensure Office Consumables are well stocked Stationary, Notebooks, Water, Office Tea
• Proper filing of all Office Documents
• Ensure the Office is clean and tidy
• Assist in interviews and recruitments
• Process the Office Payroll
• Sales
• Assist in revenue generation through Sales Activities
• Assist in submitting of Tenders
• Get referral business from our current clients and within their networks
Academic Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Bachelor’s Degree in Finance /Accounting Option
