JOB DETAILS:
Payroll
Your day to day tasks will include but not limited to:
• Paying expenditures
• Billing services
• Recording income and deposits in the Intersoft system
• Balancing accounts
• Reconciling Bank and Supplier statements
• Managing past-due accounts for according to existing service agreements and preparing a monthly report by the 10th of every month.
• Managing payroll
• Computing NHIF, NSSF, HELB and HOSA, SACCO
• Withholding and filing tax return
• Attending to all mail in the accounts@astradental.co.ke.
