CCreative Y&R is an advertising agency dealing in branding, SEO, printing, design, advertising, web and digital, publishing services in Nairobi Kenya.

The Account Executive will be part of the Client Service team, tasked with providing day-to-day support/services to assigned clients under the supervision of the Account Manager. The day to day tasks will include proactive communication with clients and internal teams to get jobs delivered, attending status meetings, creating and updating reports as required, maintaining an updated list of all client contacts within the allocated portfolio. The AE will be reporting to the Account Manager.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration / Commerce or equivalent (Marketing Concentration preferred)
  
• At least more than 1 year experience in a similar role within an Advertising Agency
  
• Excellent written and spoken communication (English Language Primary)
  
• Proactive and passionate about excellent customer service
