Application As A Member To The Blood And Blood Products Committee Of Experts The mandate of the Pharmacy and Poisons board provided for under CAP 244 is to ensure quality. Safety and efficacy of medicines in the country. Pursuant to this legal mandate and following the inclusion of Blood and Blood components in the essential medicines list.the board is in the process of constituting a committee of experts who will advice and provide guidance in the regulation of these essential medical products.
Towards meeting this goal. the board is inviting applications for consideration for the above mentioned posts.
Applicants must have a degree or any other postgraduate qualification in medical based course [Medicine/Pharmacy/Dentistry/Medical Laboratory Sciences]. Specialists in transfusion sciences or transfusion related course, regulatory affairs or any other field relevant to the field of blood and blood products.
