The HQ Power project is a 70MWe peat fired power plant situated in Rwanda. The five—year agreement with Fortum covers the operation and maintenance [0&M] services of this new plant including technical senrices and IT tools needed for the operations. This operation is called HQ Services Ltd which is also responsible for the mobilization phase of the new power plant. The site area is one of the most remote areas in Rwanda, located close to the Burundian border. The construction of the power plant is ongoing and should be completed by early 2020.

To be able to execute its contractual obligations effective? for power plant project in Rwanda, HQ Services Ltd has contracted Royal Oilfield Logistics Services and Supplies [ROLSS LTD] to recruit its manpower for operating and maintaining the power plant; hence seeking to emploJ suitable, disciplined and competent personnel on a 5 years contract to be based in Rwan a, East Africa.

Qualifications
Minimum 5 year experience in Power Plant. These technicians shall include those with skill set for “fitters”. “welders”. “high Pressure welder", “Rigger”, “Machining” or equivalent.
