JOB DETAILS:
Junior Team Leader
As a junior team leader, you will be required to recruit 256 sales and marketing agents who will be working under you, ensuring sales are done on a daily basis.
1. At least 15 sales agents should reach their monthly targets
2. Ensure you push your team to do a well-done job
3. You will be required to monitor your team well to ensure they are working.
4. Remember this is a remote job opportunity.
