Our client in the construction industry operating in East Africa seeks applications from qualified, experienced, practical, creative and innovative individuals ready to work in East Africa.

Title: 5 Senior Engineers
Reports to: Group Chief Executive Officer
Duration: 3-year renewable

Job Purpose:
The main purpose of the job role is to provide technical expertise in civil or mechanical engineering including leadership and managerial capabilities. Interested applicants must be ready to work in Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, or Rwanda.

Minimum Requirements:
A university degree or higher diploma in civil engineering or a related discipline. 7 years’ work experience in a related function and at least 5 years at managerial level. The ideal candidate should have leadership experience; team management; ability to communicate effectively to stimulate participation; strong interpersonal skills; results-driven, performance oriented, sound decision-making and reporting writing documentation.
