Novixa International Ltd, one of the leading Agrochemical companies in Kenya which deals with distribution of high quality cost effective range of herbicides. fungicides , insecticides and specialty foliar fertilizers seeks to recruit Sales Agronomists, to fill positions in Mt Kenya. Rift Valley. Western. Eastern and Coast Regions

The candidate should:-

•  Have thorough knowledge of Kenyan agricultural market and weather patterns
  
•  Possess aggressive selling skills
  
•  Have systematic reporting abilities
  
•  Be disciplined and accountable
  
•  Be able to travel extensively
  
•  Be able to work under pressure
  
•  Be self-motivated
  
•  Hold a clean riding license.
  

Responsibilities

•  Appointment of channel partners
  
•  Maintain relationship of channel customers
  
•  Salesand collection
  

Qualifications

• A bachelor degree I diploma in horticulture or any related course.
  
•  Should have at least 5 years experience in sales of agricultural products.
