JOB DETAILS:
Water Sector Trust Fund (WSTF) is a State Corporation under the Ministry of Water and Irrigation with the mandate of providing conditional and unconditional grants to the Counties and to assist in financing the development and management of water services in the rural and urban marginalised and underserved areas as per Water Act 2016. The Fund has received financing under the Up-scaling Basic Sanitation for Urban Poor (UBSUP) Programme; to roll out the 2nd call projects in various counties. The projects would require support in aspects of engineering financial management and social issues. The Fund therefore intends to procure the services of competent Individual Consultants also referred as County Resident Monitors (CRMs) to support the programme in line with the Public Procurement and Assets Disposal Act 2015. .

The Consultants should summarize their technical areas of specialization, qualifications, suitability for the assignment, availability and geographic preference (if any) and provide CV's.
