Duties and Responsibilities
• Installing computers and computer accessories for users;
• Diagnosing and resolving simple computer related faults;
• Providing user support and escalate complex issues;
• Compiling and maintaining inventory of all computer, telecommunication equipment, computer accessories and software;
• Preparing service desk reports;
• Writing and testing simple computer programs according to instructions and specifications; and
• Repairs and maintenance of ICT equipment and associated accessories.

Job Requirements
• A Diploma in any of the following disciplines: - Computer Science; Computer Programming; Computer Engineering; Information Technology; Information Science; Computer Studies; Business Information Technology or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution;
• High integrity;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills; and
• Fulfill requirements of Chapter six (6) of the Constitution of Kenya

Job Experience: No Requirements

Work Hours: 8

Level of Education: Associate Degree
