JOB DETAILS:
Nawiri Sacco is a fast growing deposit taking Sacco and seeks to fill the following position. BRANCH MANAGERS. (4 Posts) Ref No: BM 02/NSSL/2019 .

Job Responsibilities:
• Overall in-charge of the branch operations
• Implementing the society's policies at the branch level
• Developing rules and regulations for the smooth running of branch operations
• Providing technical link between the branch and head office.
• Ensures optimum utilization of all branch assets and resources.
• Maintaining updated record of the branch's assets and liabilities.
• Developing and implementing management and control systems at Branch level.
• Ensuring that internal security controls are strictly followed.
• Analyzing job performance against plans, business results against targets and take the necessary action on variances.
• Making all management reports required by branch and head office.
• Ensuring that the branch observes liquidity and cash ratios and that adequate level of cash is maintained.
• Ensuring that savings accounts are opened and maintained in an orderly manner.
• Ensuring the safety of staff, customers and all assets and equipment within the branch.
• Developing management plans which include leave rooster, training schedule, marketing plans for the branch.
• In charge of marketing activities of the branch..

  Job Qualifications:
• Must be a holder of a business related degree from a recognized university
• Must have completed CPA Part 1
• A diploma in banking or Co-operative management will be an added advantage.
• Must have attained C + in KCSE.
• Must be a computer literate.
• Have demonstrated high level of leadership and management capability.
• Understands Sacco policies and procedures.
• Minimum 2 years experience.
