Kenya Safari Lodges & Hotels Ltd (KSLH) was incorporated in 1966 under the Companies Act. Cap 486 Laws of Kenya. KSLH owns and operates three properties, namely Mombasa Beach Hotel, Mombasa. Voi Safari Lodge, Tsavo East and Ngulia Safari Lodge, Tsavo West. Tourism Finance Corporation (TFC) is the majority shareholder in this Company The Board of Directors seeks to recruit visionary, qualified, experienced and highly talented professionals to fill the positions below: 3 Sales And Marketing Executives (Ref. KSLISME/2019) Promote sales of KSLH units, facilities and services directly using marketing techniques. Achieve set sales targets in accordance with the Sales & Marketing plans. Promote the image and services of the company so that maximum growth occurs through gaining new clients and contracts. .

  Job Responsibilities:
• Meet or exceed set sales targets in the allocated segments or key accounts
• Develop new business out of the existing segments'
• Maintain and develop a computerized clientele and prospective clients database

Job Qualifications:
• KCSE minimum C or equivalent, diploma or degree in sales
• and marketing or Hotel Hospitality Management from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 3 years sales and marketing experience tourist in a 3 to 4 star tourist class hotel/lodge
• Outstanding customer service skills. Evidence of advanced computer/digital marketing skills.
• Must be able to speak, read and write, and understand the primary language(s) used in the marketplace. Excellent business writing skills.
