JOB DETAILS:
We are looking for a suitable candidate to fill the position of a Sales Representative who will grow the business of our client across their product and service portfolio while giving professional input and assistance to different administrative and operational functions.

Main Responsibilities for the Sales Representative Job

• Selling company products in distribution outlets:
• Growing product sales in current retail and wholesale outlets
• Merchandising trade and distribution outlets:
• Clean trade outlet shelves
• Ensuring product pricing is correct and promptly updating shelf prices upon price change
• Repacking of products that may have torn paper bags and/or replacing lost brochures.
• Display and arranging of products well on the shelves/ stands.
• Negotiating for category space in the supermarkets and liaising with the Sales department where needed to ensure proper product placement within respective category.
• Timely picking and delivering of company products to various destinations.
• Shopping for production inputs as and when required

Preparing sales reports:

• Preparing and sending daily sales reports
• Merchandising Reports and Cash reconciliation report
• Selling events and online space profitably to targets set

Preparing sales reports:

• Preparing and sending daily sales reports
• Daily status reports
• Cash reconciliation report as and when meetings are attended
• Effective handling of online media tasks;
• Ensuring all company websites are loading on a daily basis –
• Maintaining and keeping in good working order, all company equipment and tools under your control to ensure maximum benefits to the company.
• Carrying out any other pertinent duties as assigned and directed by the management.

Sales Representative Job Qualifications

• Must have a Diploma or Degree in sales marketing
• Must have 2 years’ experience in sales in a Business related Environment
• Be an outgoing individual, self-confidence and polite
• Be an effective communicator, with strong verbal skills.
• Be conversant with current social media trends
