JOB DETAILS:
Duties and Responsibility
The Manager shall:

•  Oversee the affairs of the Municipality
  
•  Implement an integrated development plan
  
•  Maintaining a comprehensive database and information system of the Municipality
  
•  Administering and regulating its internal affairs
  
•  Implementing applicable County and National policies and legislation
  
•  Monitoring and, where appropriate regulating municipal services where those services are provided by service providers other than the Board of the Municipality
  
•  Promoting a safe and healthy environment and
  
•  Performing such other functions as delegated by the County Executive Committee Member.

Requirements for appointment

•  Must be a Kenyan citizen 
• Holder of a degree from a recognized university and or CPA [K] or CPS [K]
  
•  Has proven experience of not less than five years in administration or Management either in the Public or private sector
  
•  Satisfy the requirement of chapter six of the Constitution of Kenya 2U'lD
  
•  Has attended and acquired Certificate in Strategic leadership from Kenya School of Government
  
• Terms of service: Permanent and Pensionable
