We are a group of development experts and entrepreneurs, sharing ownership of a business we’re passionate about, to improve our countries.

We are an employee owned business, sharing both the responsibility for and benefits of growth across our team. Incorporated in the United Kingdom, we build agency and capability in our focus countries.

We work with Governments, investors, donors, intermediaries, family offices, startups, multinationals and communities to deliver growth that is increasingly inclusive in the markets and regions where we work.

To do so, we bring together some of the most accomplished experts in our focus markets with international experts drawn from across the private sector.

We provide a different approach to development in emerging states, supporting the growth of stable and inclusive economies, to benefit society as a whole.

In our focus states we work at the intersection of government, the private sector, international investors, and donors.

Our goal is to support the growth of economies that are inclusive and responsive to the needs of their populations, prioritising approaches that pursue quality growth, not just growth for growth’s sake.

We are funded by donors, governments and the private sector to design and deliver inclusive growth programmes, using both in-country and international expertise. As a mission-first business, we only take part in initiatives that we believe are in the best interests of the citizens of emerging states.
