JOB DETAILS:

Job Purpose:
The job holder will be responsible in making sure reports, analysis, and dashboards accurately reflect vital information about digital marketing campaigns, leads activities and production. He/ She should be an outstanding communicator, can document business requirements, analytical thinker and detailed problem solver. They will be able to support the product team, its stakeholders and partners throughout the product lifecycle: from inception through to post-live optimization.

Key responsibilities:
• Developing and presenting learnings from analysis, including actionable insights and recommendations.
• Creating dashboards, data visualizations, for campaigns, leads and performance reports.
• Identify opportunities to drive client success through advanced customer segmentation methods, improved review workflows, efficient production options, normalization of incoming data, and better client-side workflows.
• Manage partner campaign initiatives with the digital marketing team to deliver campaign objectives and lead generation.
• Constant monitoring of partner performance targets, deadlines and KPIs which are regularly monitored and delivered, making timely interventions to remedy any slippage to meet planned project outcomes.
• Take lead in partner engagement, relationship management and fast track assigned partner engagements.
• Input into Business Case preparation, providing context and data to underpin assumptions.
• Drive and own the definition of business requirements, working with the product leads/managers and development teams (creative/ UX/ technology) to create user stories ready for development. Provide sufficient detail within the high level requirements to facilitate initial estimation and sizing.
• Drive the Digital innovation agenda together with the Head of partnership and digital innovation continuously identifying and developing solutions that deliver superior customer experience.
• Key liaison and customer advocate, ensuring customer needs are observed and fulfilled, between the customer; first tier customer support representatives; and the various business segments i.e. Retail, Corporate and EMC.
• Support the strategic direction of digital product development as well as service and process offerings with a digital focus; analyze client feedback to make recommendations for continuous improvement and/or development of new functionality or features.
• Must be seasoned and proficient professional to stay ahead of the digital curve, innovative, pro-active and provocative, yet diplomatic - an expert at managing relationships.
• Demonstrated experience in gathering and translating business, consumer, cultural, and social insights into actionable implications and strategies on digital platforms.
• A Self-starter who works well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment who can devise the right course of action to achieve the objective.
• Delegated Authority: As per the approved Delegated Authority Matrix.
• Perform any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.

Knowledge, experience and qualifications required:
• Undergraduate or graduate degree in business, IT, data analysis, or related field.
• 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role with demonstrable track record of achieving success.
• Digital planning experience is considered a strong asset.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Demonstrated experience growing projects into long-term client partnerships.
• Conversant in the principles and practices of user-centred design.
• Basic understanding in project management.
• A passion for innovation, design, and technology.
• Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
