JOB DETAILS:

Purpose of consultancy
To conduct business analysis and technical input for the WHO CAP platform, including the development of business requirements, communicating with stakeholders, and testing of new functionality.

Deliverables
Deliverable 1 - Analyse the impact of proposed improvements/changes to the solution and provide analysis and options to the Change Control Board.
Expected date: by 30 June 2023
Deliverable 2 - Apply new functionality, including communication with the developer and conducting user acceptance testing.
Expected date: by 30 June 2023
Deliverable 3 - Provide Tier 1 and 2-level technical support, assisting users with problems and reporting issues to Tier 3.
Expected date: by 30 June 2023
Deliverable 4 - Test the platform to ensure there are no performance issues.
Expected date: by 30 June 2023

Qualifications, experience, skills and languages
Educational Qualifications:
Essential:
• A first university degree in public or global health, business, social sciences, international affairs or related fields.
• Project management certification.

Desirable:
• Master’s degree or post-graduate diploma in the above-mentioned or related fields.
• Certification in relevant IT topics, such as Azure, ITIL, cybersecurity, or Power BI is a plus.

Experience
Essential:
• At least 4 years of relevant experience working on information technology-focused work or projects.
• Experience working with survey tools.
• Experience collecting and communicating business requirements as well as testing web platforms and mobile apps.

Desirable:
• Previous experience in projects related to access to medicine.
• Prior experience with international organizations, preferably with WHO.

Skills/Knowledge:
Essential:
• Excellent organizational and project management skills with a wide variety of stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, computer literacy and technical writing skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to maintain high efficiency in a multicultural environment.
• Proactive, flexible, resourceful and able to work independently in a remote setting.
• Understanding of data management and analytics.
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams and Azure DevOps.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint, Azure, Power BI and JavaScript.
