JOB DETAILS:
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Listing the full range of company’s products with the Key accounts as per communicated targets.
2. Retain and nurture existing customers, ensuring repeat sales, volume growth, and increased rate of sale and customer satisfaction.
3. Open quality new customer accounts, promoting distribution through approved route to market partners for both Modern and general trade.
4. Managing, training and motivating existing sales team to drive revenue growth.
5. Develop and manage efficient distribution networks for sales.
6. Develop efficient and creative sales and marketing strategies for the assigned territory and target setting for the sales team.
7. Collecting customer and market feedback and reporting the same to the organization.
8. Monitoring sales team performance, analyzing sales data, periodical forecasting
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
1. Degree in Marketing or business-related course
2. 3-5 years of sales experience doing sales
3. Confident, presentable and aggressive, with ability to follow-through on join business plans
4. In-depth understanding of company key accounts and their position in the industry
5. Ability to handle and overcome objections from customers while negotiating terms of trade.
6. Planning and presenting reports on key account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with team members.
